From the orchard, with care
Behind every Shoritu pre-order pack is a small but careful chain of work — orchard sourcing, hand-sorting, careful packing, and same-day dispatch.
1. Sourcing
We work directly with selected orchards across Bangladesh — no middlemen, no week-long warehouse stays. Our partner farmers grow fruit the traditional way and let the fruit ripen naturally on the tree before harvest.
2. Hand-sorting at the source
Every fruit is sorted by hand at the orchard. Our team checks for size, maturity, and surface quality. Anything that doesn't meet our standard never enters a Shoritu carton.
3. Food-safe packing
Mangoes are packed in clean, food-safe cartons with cushioning to prevent bruising during transit. Litchi is packed in shallower, single-layer cartons because of how delicate it is.
4. Same-day dispatch
Pre-order packs are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. Inside Dhaka, parcels usually reach customers within 24–48 hours. Outside Dhaka, delivery depends on courier schedule.
5. Our refund promise
If for any reason Shoritu cannot deliver a confirmed paid pre-order, we issue a full refund. Your trust is the order we have to keep.
